Job Overview:
Weatherford have a great opportunity for a Dispatch Coordinator to join the team in Aberdeen on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 12 months.
The Dispatch Coordinator will support operations with a focus on processing/administration of assets and purchasing for the region.

Responsibilities:

• Service Rental Return Notes.
• Service Rental Stock Transfers between UK branch plants.
• Return to Vendor delivery tickets for third-party rental items.
• Gatehouse paperwork processing, including scanning and indexing.
• Supporting with any other general administrative duties as required.
• Scanning and indexing through the Returns paperwork process.
• Providing cover for the Third-Party Rental Coordinator during holidays, including:
  
  • Receipting third-party rental tools
  • Updating third-party rental trackers

Required:

• Minimum 2-3+ years dispatch/mobilisation experience would be preferred.
• Good experience in MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Weatherford's service equipment and business would be beneficial.
• Experience using JD Edwards, SAP or similar system is required.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Should be able to work closely with internal and external customers.
