This role supports project and order execution by providing strong project controls and operational coordination. The position monitors schedules, costs, billing, and key milestones, supports Project Managers with financial and performance tracking, manages ERP and project management systems, and ensures accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with PMO standards.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:
  • Manage operational activities related to OM orders and PA projects.
  • Monitor delivery milestones ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and customer commitments.
  • Support Project Managers in monitoring scope, schedule, and financial performance.
  • Identify risks or deviations related to cost, billing, and deadlines and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure project documentation is organized and maintained according to PMO standards.
  • Manage project financial control including baseline budget, cost tracking, variance analysis, and margin.
  • Execute ERP activities (Oracle) including project setup, billing, and closure.
  • Monitor cashflow and financial commitment reports.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support data analysis and financial reports.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of schedules using tools such as MS Project.
  • Track delivery deadlines and coordinate alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress against critical milestones and report deviations.
  • Work with Document Control to ensure documentation delivery deadlines are met.
  • Maintain structures and information in project management software (Clarity).
  • Perform WBS setup, resource allocation, and project closing processes.
  • Maintain organized data repositories (SharePoint, DocPro, or MS Teams).
  • Apply project controls best practices and lessons learned.
  • Support development and improvement of project control processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to S&OP related activities when applicable.
  • Share knowledge and support internal training when necessary.
  • Promote the use of Emerson corporate policies in the PMO project environment.


Who you are:

Organized, analytical professional capable of prioritizing tasks, maintaining accurate information, understanding project financial concepts, and collaborating effectively with multiple teams.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in project support, project controls, or order coordination.
  • Knowledge of cost control, billing, and scheduling basics.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and project management tools.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Office 365.
  • Intermediate English.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Clarity software.
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
  • Experience in PMO or engineering companies.
  • Familiarity with S&OP processes.
  • Knowledge of Oracle systems and CRM Cloud.
  • Customer service experience.
