- Provide clear guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on HR policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Prepare salary proposals and conduct compensation and benefits analyses to support equitable, competitive decision‑making.
- Produce HR metrics and reports, including turnover, absenteeism, hiring, headcount, and benefits utilization.
- Lead employee improvement and development initiatives that strengthen performance and engagement.
- Manage personnel requisitions, analyze role requirements, and collaborate with leaders to define hiring needs.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes for administrative, management, and direct‑hire positions.
- Support new hires through structured follow‑ups, one‑on‑one meetings, and onboarding touchpoints.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Work Regulations, the Code of Ethics, and all Quality Management System standards.
- Promote a safe, prevention‑focused work environment by reinforcing PPE use and ensuring all personnel receive proper safety, hygiene, and environmental training.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Completed professional degree in Administration, Engineering, and/or a related field
- 3 years of experience in the position or at a similar hierarchical level
- Knowledge of the LFT (Federal Labor Law)
- Knowledge in Human Resources Management Systems
- This position requires a conversational English level to communicate occasionally with Corporate
