Bilfinger UK are seeking an experienced System Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee system scaffolding activities on a high ‑ profile industrial site. You will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring compliance, and maintaining safe, efficient operations.

• Immediate start available
• 3 months with the view to extend
• 56 hour week
• Supervision of system scaffolding erection, alteration, and dismantling
• Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with TG20, SG4, and site standards
• Coordinating labour, materials, and daily priorities
• Conducting toolbox talks, task briefings, and safety checks
• Liaising with site management and planners
• Ensuring productivity targets and quality standards are met

Essential requirements

• CISRS System Scaffolder (Advanced preferred)
• CISRS Supervisor / Advanced Scaffolder card (or demonstrable supervisory experience)
• In ‑ date SMSTS or SSSTS
• Strong knowledge of system scaffolding and industrial environments
• Proven leadership and organisational skills
