Your Role and Responsibilities

• Participate in the R&D team's performance analysis and optimization of existing AI Agent frameworks, and assist in code testing and process debugging.
  Assist in researching and drafting usage guidelines for AI models across different business scenarios.
• Support engineers in task collaboration, data exchange, and process orchestration among multiple AI Agents.
• Based on internal or publicly available material compliance regulations (e.g., EU REACH, RoHS, POPs), participate in building an AI Agent capable of querying, interpreting, and making preliminary compliance judgments, helping to digitize regulations and enable automated Q&A.

Qualifications for the Role

• Education(Level): A Master's degree or above
• Major: Data analysis, computer science and technology, big data analysis, electrical engineering and other related majors
• Language: Fluent in written ,reading and oral English.
• PC Skills: Proficient with more than one of the listed tools: office365,
• Personality: Good team player, communication and presentation skills,
• Professional experiences and skills:
• -Master at least one programming language (Python preferred), and be able to read and modify basic code.
• -Understand the basic principles of large language models (LLMs), be familiar with prompt writing, and have experience calling Open AI API, Claude, domestic models (such as ERNIE, Qwen, etc.) or open-source models.
