About the role

In this role, you will support a wide range of HR tasks and gain a solid understanding of how HR works in a large organisation with many stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with experienced HR colleagues and interact with both internal and external partners, giving you broad exposure to HR processes and daily operations in Esbjerg.
Activities
Key Responsibilities
You will work approximately 15-20 hours per week and support the HR team with both recurring tasks (where you will take ownership with guidance from the team) and project-based assignments as needs arise.
Typical tasks include:
Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team
Collect data and create reports on request
Prepare presentations and supporting materials
Support HR projects, campaigns, and process rollouts (including meeting coordination and facilitation support)
Contribute to data quality improvements and support HR IT, HR analytics, and manpower planning activities
Assist with internal HR programmes and team activities
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects across the HR function
Candidate Profile
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a curious, reliable team player who enjoys learning and is comfortable asking questions. You are organised, pay attention to detail, and bring a continuous-improvement mindset. You are currently enrolled at a university (or business school) in a relevant field such as HR, Business Administration, or similar.

- You live in the Esbjerg area or can commute
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (required)
- You communicate clearly and professionally with different stakeholders
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and are open to trying new approaches
- You are confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- You have strong written and spoken English skills
