Short Description

We are looking for a Tender Engineer who can take ownership of the full tender process, from the initial request for information, through contract review, to the successful execution of awarded projects. In this role, you bring together strong technical expertise and commercial insight to develop solutions that are practical, environmentally responsible, and economically sound.

Function Description

In this role you will:

• Collaborate closely with technical and commercial teams to review tender packages and develop high-quality project proposals.
• Ensure alignment between tender requirements, vessel capabilities, and company standards, while validating technical solutions from an operational perspective.
• Take an active role in the preparation and submission of competitive tender proposals to clients.
• Analyse tender documentation from prospective clients, defining work methodologies, preparing detailed cost estimates, and conducting thorough risk assessments.
• Engage with subcontractors, partners, and internal support departments to deliver comprehensive and well-structured tender submissions.

Requirements

• Interest in contributing to a new business within an experienced team.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in either: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related fields.
• 0-5 years of operational experience in offshore or civil projects, with experience in Subsea Rock Installation or dredging projects preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Self-starting abilities with a customer-focused and representative attitude.
• Proficient in English with both goal and result-oriented mindset.
