JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood is currently looking for an IT Intern (Co-Op) to work on the engineering and project management services in the Khobar, Saudi Arabia office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
• Monitor system performance and report technical problems to senior IT staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, incidents, and solutions.
• Participate in testing, upgrading, and implementing new technology solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to provide efficient IT support and ensure system security.

QUALIFICATIONS

• IT Or Computer science Students.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high volume of work and priorities
