Physical Requirements
Years of Experience
- Supervise and co-ordinate Construction Teams Onshore in assigned area/projects.
- Maintenance, repair and fabrication of structures. Installation and dismantling of metal structures and pipelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Enable efficient and safe operations of construction team where directly present. In case of absence of Supervisor on onshore facilities, responsibility is delegated to Performing Authority as per Memo of company Director for responsible people for work execution.
- Ensuring quality of all work carried out is as per specification / fit for purpose.
- Receiving and distributing work requests and engineering packages to different work groups for efficient and safe execution.
- Selection and preparing the material and equipment to carry out the required work, from groups of subordinate employees.
- Initial control the quality of work performed by construction team.
- Preparation, interpretation and explanation of work documentation to team.
- Preparation, checking and endorsing of documents related to compliance.
- Preparing daily work reports and submission.
- Identify training need and highlight to management.
- Carry out and participate in quality/safety audits from time to time.
- Communication and liaise regularly with Operations in order to be aware and met Production priorities.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Technical) / Higher education diploma.
- Education at the level of high standards in the field of Construction with at least 5-years of experience.
- Knowledge of the company's rules and standards for carrying out construction operations at onshore facilities.
- Knowledge languages (English & Russian)
- Computer knowledge and skills are required.
