The scope of services includes General Consultancy works for Gurugram Metro Rail Project, based at Gurugram, Haryana, India. Role extensively involves supporting client in review and supervision works.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of EOT and delay analysis for various phases of projects.
- Responsible for timely construction of all precast elements as per schedule.
- Follow-up and make requirements of major material for various activities of site.
- Preparation of work program, client presentations and monitoring of the progress.
- Planning work time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating the actual progress, monitoring & discussing project status with Superiors.
- Monitoring & reporting of critical project aspects impacting completion schedules, execution progress, potential cost overruns, and delays by conducting regular review meetings with contractors
- Updating risk & compliance register, collaborating with stakeholders & presenting the risk report at Board meetings.
- Monitored schedules & targets, resource deployment, subcontractor performance, highlighting progress, identifying critical activities, major deviations/delays and potential impact on schedule.
- Ensured timely availability of drawings by liaising with design & site teams, monitoring submission and approval
- Finalized formats to capture daily physical & financial progress, identifying potential delays & critical activities
- Review of MPR, work programs & EOT's ensuring alignment with project timeline & contractual clauses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 10 years' experience with infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 3 years' experience at similar capacity with Rail/ Metro projects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage project and deadline simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills when working with international teams.
- Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
