We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, for an HVAC Project Manager (M/F).

Mission context

As part of pharmaceutical revamping and expansion projects, the HVAC Project Manager (M/F) will be involved in HVAC and associated utility systems projects within GMP environments.

HVAC Project Manager (M/F): What will be your roles and responsibilities?

Main mission

In collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance and Production teams, you will manage HVAC projects in order to ensure installation compliance and controlled environment performance.

Main activities

• Manage HVAC projects
• Write technical specifications and scope of work
• Follow engineering studies and suppliers
• Coordinate construction activities on site
• Participate in FAT/SAT and qualification activities
• Monitor planning, costs and project progress
• Manage technical interfaces
• Participate in risk assessments
• Support commissioning and CQV activities

What profile and skills are required for this HVAC Project Manager (M/F) position?

Education & experience

• Master's degree in HVAC engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical HVAC projects
• Experience in cleanrooms and GMP environments
• Knowledge of clean utilities appreciated
• Professional English appreciated

Technical skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
• Understanding of GMP requirements
• Ability to read PID and technical drawings
• Technical project management
• Supplier and construction follow-up

Soft skills

• Leadership and autonomy
• Good field communication skills
• Organization and rigor
• Responsiveness
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
