We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, for an EHS Manager (M/F).
Mission context
As part of a pharmaceutical industrial project, the EHS Manager (M/F) will ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment requirements on site.
EHS Manager (M/F): What will be your roles and responsibilities?
Main mission
In collaboration with project teams and contractors, you will oversee EHS activities in order to ensure personnel safety and regulatory compliance on site.
Main activities
• Deploy EHS standards on site
• Perform risk assessments
• Lead safety activities on the field
• Monitor work permit activities
• Manage incidents and corrective actions
• Perform EHS inspections and audits
• Train and raise awareness among teams
• Prepare EHS project reporting
• Monitor safety KPIs
What profile and skills are required for this EHS Manager (M/F) position?
Education & experience
• Master's degree in EHS or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in industrial environments
• Experience on pharmaceutical construction projects appreciated
• Knowledge of EHS regulations
• Professional English appreciated
Technical skills
• Risk assessment management
• Construction site safety management
• HSE inspections and audits
• Contractor management
• EHS reporting and KPI follow-up
Soft skills
• Field leadership
• Rigor and exemplary behavior
• Communication and pedagogical skills
