Job Description:

The Well Test Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of well testing operations in Malaysia. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute well test programs according to client specifications
• Supervise on-site operations to ensure safety and compliance with company policies
• Analyze test data and provide recommendations for optimizing well performance
• Manage equipment inventory and maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in well testing operations
• Strong knowledge of well test equipment and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience working in Malaysia or similar international locations
