We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Construction Leads to support a major onshore project based in Kwinana, Western Australia. This will be a 12 month fixed-term contract, working 10 hour days Monday - Friday, with some trips to the Perth CBD Office as needed.

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Construction Lead will support the planning, coordination and execution of construction activities across all project phases. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of complex construction and commissioning activities within a brownfields environment, while working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary project environment.

Your key responsibilities:
- Providing construction and commissioning input into project execution and engineering deliverables
- Supporting constructability reviews, schedules, scopes of work and mobilisation plans
- Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and fabrication teams
- Preparing progress reports, cost estimates and schedule updates
- Ensuring compliance with project, statutory and group construction standards
About You
- Extensive Australian onshore construction experience within oil & gas or energy projects
- Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience
- Strong knowledge of construction execution, project controls and planning
- Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary or trade qualification, with PMP or equivalent highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams
