Commissioning Project Officer | 10412 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £43,822 to £48,227 per annum | Grade K | Norwich

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Transformation, Partnerships and Place team in the Central Area covering North Norfolk, Norwich and South Norfolk within Adult Social Care. This comes at an exciting time in the development of Norfolk's social care and health system, and the role will include working on innovative and strategically important projects.

The Transformation, Partnerships and Place team in Adult Social Care has been established to strengthen the focus on core elements of social care delivery in a more relational way and build closer working relationships between social care, partners and providers.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about communities and achieving good outcomes for people to support high quality commissioning by delivering, contributing to and supporting the development of services in Norfolk. You should have experience of working on projects, analysing data, with the ability to build strong relationships and experience of engagement and developing joint working between internal and external partners.

You should also be able to support transformation by playing a leading part within commissioning programmes and the development of services, extending to direct work with Providers and within communities. You will need to be skilled in problem solving, with the ability to communicate well and able to deliver at fast pace. This role will involve travel.
