About The Position:
Lead the design, implementation, and support of secure Process Control Network (PCN) environments, with a strong focus on firewall technologies, network segmentation, and site network design.
The role requires hands-on expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, AlgoSec, ServiceNow, and Agile delivery , supporting global industrial network deployments and operations.

About The Position:
Lead the design, implementation, and support of secure Process Control Network (PCN) environments, with a strong focus on firewall technologies, network segmentation, and site network design.
The role requires hands-on expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, AlgoSec, ServiceNow, and Agile delivery , supporting global industrial network deployments and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement PCN network infrastructure (firewalls, routing, switching). Looking at 10 - 15 Yrs exp candidates for the role.
- Lead firewall architecture, policy management, and segmentation (Purdue model)
- Manage firewall lifecycle using AlgoSec for policy analysis, compliance, and automation
- Develop technical designs, implementation plans, and test strategies
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex incidents and coordinate with vendors
- Execute changes through ServiceNow (incident & change management)
- Collaborate with global teams to implement solutions and resolve escalations
- Drive automation, process improvement, and Agile delivery practices
- Support BCP/DR activities and network resiliency initiatives
- Develops and implements solutions and processes to maintain the reliability, effectiveness, and efficiency of network security infrastructure components across the enterprise and associated process control environments.
- Works with project managers, team members, architects, business units and other stakeholders to create agile solutions, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, creating new or improved processes and automation to support step changes in operational efficiencies.
- Analyses network security needs and designs solutions that meet business requirements for protection, standardization, efficiency, scalability, supportability, and cost-effectiveness. Contributes to lifecycle activities.
- Follows standard change management processes and practices when introducing technical changes to the environment.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Palo Alto firewalls (mandatory)
- Expertise in firewall policy design, security segmentation
- Experience with AlgoSec (policy analysis & automation)
- Experience with ServiceNow (incident/change management)
- Strong knowledge of routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, VRF, VLANs)
- Experience in industrial / PCN / OT network environments
Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of Purdue model / OT segmentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
- Exposure to network automation (Python/APIs)
- Experience with centralized firewall management (e.g., Panorama)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- Certifications: CCNP, Palo Alto (PCNSE preferred)
