In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform assembly tasks within the Operations team following approved work instructions and process requirements
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and daily production arrangements
• Complete production tasks with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Actively apply sound judgment and safe work practices to prevent health, safety, and environmental incidents
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times
• Participate in required training, including certification where applicable for specialized operations such as pressure testing

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Technical school education or above
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and principles
• Experience in product assembly or a related manufacturing environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Willingness to follow defined processes and safety requirements
• Readiness to complete internal training and certification as required for specific tasks

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience working in a structured manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with quality, safety, or lean production practices
• Experience with pressure testing or similar specialized assembly tasks
