In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Independently perform paint mixing, spraying, and related coating tasks in line with drawings and process instructions
• Apply coatings using appropriate painting methods to meet defined technical and quality requirements
• Inspect painted surfaces, identify defects, and take corrective actions to continuously improve quality
• Carry out wastewater handling tasks under the guidance of a supervisor, following environmental and safety procedures
• Demonstrate strong awareness and judgment to prevent health, safety, and environmental incidents by consistently applying safe work practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and comply with all company policies and production arrangements

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Technical school education or above
• Experience performing industrial painting or coating work
• Ability to read and follow drawings, work instructions, and process documents
• Physical fitness to meet the requirements of a special‑operation occupational health examination
• Willingness to follow production arrangements, safety rules, and environmental requirements
