Role purpose:
Provides reward expertise for the development and implementation of related reward programs and solutions. The role has a global remit, with projects in Castrol although country or region work can be part of the role.
Role accountabilities
- Provide specialist advice and support in the design and implementation of reward programs and solutions that may apply to Castrol globally, across the regions and countries. Lead where required.
- Deliver to allocated tasks as a member of project team(s)/ad hoc activity squad(s), on an accurate and timely basis.
- Engage key business and PC&C partners to understand their solution needs and requirements.
- Gather and analyze internal and external data
- Ensure solutions are developed and implemented in accordance with Castrol reward & wellbeing processes and policies.
- Maintain awareness of standard methodology and external market developments globally.
- Continually develop advising, project management and people management skills.
Experience:
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years total rewards experience (in either consulting or corporate role).
Technical
- Demonstrable background in total rewards, including the delivery of related solutions in a client facing environment.
- Solid knowledge of the regulatory, legal, and social requirements for reward and performance management.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
