Join our Technical Team and advance your career as a Senior Software Engineer (C#, Python, TypeScript, or iOS)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with other software engineers, product managers, ux designers, data analysts and scientists and our business partners. You will actively participate in feature development, performance enhancements and offer technical support to other teams.

In this role You will:

• Design sophisticated backend components, services, platforms, and Restful APIs for seamless communication with the front end.
• Design front-end components and seamless integration with the back-end systems, facilitating smooth data exchange.
• Continuously reviewing the services and components and seeking opportunities for improvements.
• Identifying and addressing Tech Debt.
• Contributes to the delivery of agreed features and enhancements in support of team objectives.
• Works collaboratively with peers and shares technical information to support delivery.
• Applies agreed engineering standards and quality practices in day‑to‑day development work.
• Hands on development in React and GoLang.
• You will work closely with key business users and partners. Also, you will work directly with Tech Lead on the evolution of the current technology platform and the long-term strategy and roadmap.
• This role supports business operations through effective software development and collaboration with partners

What You will need to be successful:

• Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with strong adaptability to new technologies and the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Proven expertise in problem-solving, including analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and delivering effective solutions, combined with excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders across all levels
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and drive outcomes using the right people, tools, and processes

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Python, or TypeScript) with experience building cross-platform, secure, maintainable, and testable solutions
• Strong background in software engineering, including system design, coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and operating production systems, with end-to-end ownership of complex applications and understanding of security, privacy, monitoring, and logging

Infrastructure & Cloud

• Extensive experience building and scaling infrastructure on AWS or Azure, with deep knowledge of core services (identity, networking, storage, databases, containers, serverless) and distributed systems in production environments, including on-call support

Database Knowledge

• Solid understanding of database technologies, including relational, graph, document, and key-value systems
