The Visa and Immigration Compliance (VIC) HR Intern will be working alongside the EUR V&I Manager, and the V&I Representative to ensure compliance with Europe countries' immigration laws and regulations and Schlumberger policies.

Responsibilities:

• Address EUR VIC requests within working day of the request being submitted and notably:
• Assist the V&I Team with Posted workers directive notifications requests to the Immigration provider
• Prepare letters of assignments related to Posted worker assignments
• Assist the V&I Team with A1 certificate requests to Immigration provider, and internal teams
• Assist the V&I team with letters of invitation's administration
• Review and complete EUR VIC requests under the V&I Team supervision
• Assist tracking of visas and good maintenance of immigration files
• Any other administrative tasks as requested by the V&I Representative.

You will be integrated into a multifunctional team from your very first day on the job and work on multiple projects
A mentor, manager or team leader with technical mastery in your area of study will give you best assistance, guiding you through your period of practical training with experience and advice.
