Responsibilities

• Review architectural, interior, and finishing drawings, specifications, and BOQs to understand scope and sequencing of works.
• Prepare and monitor detailed finishing work schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Coordinate with design consultants, MEP teams, structural team, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of finishing activities.
• Supervise execution of all finishing works including:
• Plastering, screeding, painting, polishing
• Tiling, stone, marble, and granite works
• False ceiling and partition works
• Façade and cladding
• Joinery, carpentry, modular fittings, and fixtures
• Implement project quality plans and finishing inspection protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and snagging checks to maintain high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of services with finishing works (e.g., ducts, fixtures, cut-outs) rack daily and weekly progress of finishing activities.
• Identify delays and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all finishing works are executed in compliance with site safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor' Technology in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Hospital, Fit-out, and Industrial/Warehouse developments.
• Excellent skills on MS excel and word and ability to learn and adapt to customized software.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent Interpersonal and presentation Skills.
