Reporting to the Civil supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible to carry out concrete placement, finishing and related civil construction activities while ensuring work is completed safely and to project quality standards.

Reporting to the Civil supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible to carry out concrete placement, finishing and related civil construction activities while ensuring work is completed safely and to project quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and set up work areas for concrete activities.
- Carry out concrete pouring, spreading, levelling, and finishing works.
- Assist with formwork, reinforcement, and placement of concrete structures.
- Operate hand and power tools relevant to concreting activities.
- Ensure concrete is finished to required specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site clean-up and maintain safe work areas at all times.
- Follow instructions from Supervisors and work collaboratively with site teams.
- Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and company procedures.
- Identify and report hazards, defects, or unsafe conditions on site.
- Assist with concrete curing and protection processes.
- Support general civil and construction activities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant trade qualification or demonstrated concrete experience preferred.
- Valid PNG Driver's License preferred.
- Ability to pass site medicals, inductions, and competency assessments.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and procedures.
