Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Services in San Luis Potosi.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Generating detailed Master plan to maximize the use of resources and meet production specifications and schedules
• Establishing the sequence and lead time of each operation identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the customer demand.
• Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer across multiple product lines
• Monitoring performance, identifying root causes of any deviations and implementing relevant improvements
• Assisting Project Managers with clear communication of any production capacity issues, and details of material availabilitys.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer or similar
• 5+ Years of Experience in Demmand and inventory control planning for production in manufacturing industry
• SAP and Excel proficiency
• Advanced English
