JOB PURPOSE:
Supports the Team Leader in planning, executing, and overseeing TRS activities. Coordinates day-to-day operations, ensuring that TRS services are delivered efficiently, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Assists in managing resources, documentation, and communication between various stakeholders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
• Assist the Team Leader in planning and scheduling TRS operations to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate the execution of TRS activities, ensuring alignment with operational plans and client expectations.
• Monitor daily TRS operations and provide regular updates to the Team Leader.
• Ensure that all TRS operations are conducted in compliance with ADNoC Drilling's safety policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in safety meetings, audits, and drills to maintain a high standard of safety within the TRSteam.
• Assist in the investigation of incidents and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist in the allocation and tracking of TRS equipment and resources to optimize their usage.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely servicing and repair of TRS equipment.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in the procurement of necessary supplies and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of TRS operations, including job logs, equipment usage, and maintenance records.
• Prepare and submit reports on TRS activities, performance metrics, and safety incidents to the Team Leader.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all operational and safety procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding TRS operations.
• Assist in addressing client inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and information to clients as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within TRS activities.
• Support the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance personal and team skills.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications such as IWCF Well Control, H2S Safety, and other specialized TRS training.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in oilfield services with a focus on TRS operations.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a coordinating or similar role within the oil and gas industry.
• Demonstrated ability to support and coordinate TRS operations in a dynamic environment.
