To strengthen our teams and support our growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Officer Apprentice (M/F) based in Montrouge (Paris area) for a minimum duration of 1 year.

Recruitment Officer Apprentice (M/F): Your missions and responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Writing and posting job advertisements tailored to the required profiles
• Gathering and defining recruitment needs in collaboration with Business Managers
• Managing incoming applications and progressively matching candidates to client requirements
• Identifying and approaching talents via job boards, social media, and your own network
• Daily updating of the internal database
• Conducting in-depth phone screenings and interviews in both French and English
• Providing regular reporting to managers

Profile and skills required for this position

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2), ideally in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Professional level of English
• Team spirit, rigor, and autonomy
• Strong interest in recruitment and human interaction
• A first experience in HR/recruitment would be a plus
