- Write technical reports based on assessments, calculations, and inspections
- Lead the Implementation of RBI commercial software
- Provide materials and corrosion-related expertise and recommendations.
- Produce material selection designs/reports.
- Liaise with specialized engineering disciplines to execute the integrity program and to resolve integrity related concerns
- Experience leading/performing static equipment design and FEA/FFS.
- Perform, lead and support corrosion assessments and corrosion modelling
- Perform basic cathodic protection calculations (anode mass, number, size, location) for subsea.
- Produce engineering calculations based on engineering concepts and API/ASME standards
- Liaise with specialized engineering disciplines for resolution of integrity related concerns
- Involvement with industry associations and academic institutions
- Participate in studies regarding Risk Based Inspection and fitness assessment of pressurized equipment
- Project management
- Interface with clients, personnel, and subcontractors
- Perform QA/QC checks and review material and corrosion related work.
- Compliance with the company's Quality and HSE policies
- Achieve company goals / personal KPI's.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (or greater); Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Petroleum or related specialty required
- 15+ years of experience as a Asset Integrity Management in oil and gas required.
- Proficiency with integrity management databases preferred.
- Strong report writing experience preferred.
- Willingness to develop a wide range of skills and flexibility to work on a variety of projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
