RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write technical reports based on assessments, calculations, and inspections
  • Lead the Implementation of RBI commercial software
  • Provide materials and corrosion-related expertise and recommendations.
  • Produce material selection designs/reports.
  • Liaise with specialized engineering disciplines to execute the integrity program and to resolve integrity related concerns
  • Experience leading/performing static equipment design and FEA/FFS.
  • Perform, lead and support corrosion assessments and corrosion modelling
  • Perform basic cathodic protection calculations (anode mass, number, size, location) for subsea.
  • Produce engineering calculations based on engineering concepts and API/ASME standards
  • Liaise with specialized engineering disciplines for resolution of integrity related concerns
  • Involvement with industry associations and academic institutions
  • Participate in studies regarding Risk Based Inspection and fitness assessment of pressurized equipment
  • Project management
  • Interface with clients, personnel, and subcontractors
  • Perform QA/QC checks and review material and corrosion related work.
  • Compliance with the company's Quality and HSE policies
  • Achieve company goals / personal KPI's.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree (or greater); Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Petroleum or related specialty required
  • 15+ years of experience as a Asset Integrity Management in oil and gas required.
  • Proficiency with integrity management databases preferred.
  • Strong report writing experience preferred.
  • Willingness to develop a wide range of skills and flexibility to work on a variety of projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
