Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior Fabrication Supervisor to join our team in Belgium. As a Senior Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication process, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed
• Train and mentor fabrication team members
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fabrication environment
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and equipment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
