Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $62,000-90,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Supply Chain Risk Management
- Support the identification, documentation, and tracking of supply chain risks across global operations, including supplier, logistics, geopolitical, and market-driven exposures.
- Assist in maintaining risk registers, dashboards, and mitigation trackers, and help coordinate cross-functional alignment on risk response actions.
- Research emerging supply chain risk trends and synthesize findings into briefings and recommendations for leadership.
Strategic Planning & Executive Communications
- Assist in developing executive presentations, strategic briefings, and initiative updates for the VP and senior leadership team.
- Gather and organize data from global supply chain teams to support storytelling and decision-making materials.
- Help maintain the supply chain strategic roadmap, initiative trackers, and performance scorecards.
Global Supply Chain Collaboration
- Coordinate with regional supply chain teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC) to collect updates, align on deliverables, and facilitate cross-functional working sessions.
- Support scheduling, preparation, and follow-through for steering committee meetings, project team check-ins, and leadership reviews.
- Build relationships across functions - Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Sustainability - to support integrated project execution.
Enterprise Supply Chain Initiatives
- Indirect Materials: Support the Enterprise Supply Chain team with analysis, benchmarking, and project coordination related to indirect spend strategies and supplier consolidation efforts.
- Responsible Sourcing: Assist in tracking supplier sustainability assessments, researching ESG sourcing standards, and maintaining responsible sourcing program documentation.
- Total Best Cost Sourcing: Help develop and maintain total cost models and sourcing analysis tools that account for landed cost, risk, quality, and sustainability factors.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Two (2) years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (O) zero years of experience with an MBA with a concentration in Supply Chain, Operations, or Strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable summarizing complex information clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in global supply chain strategy.
- Ability to implement strategic plans with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- MBA
- Knowledge of industry best Exposure to supply chain risk, sourcing strategy, or sustainability through coursework or work experience.
- APICS CSCP or CPSM coursework or certification (or intent to pursue).
