Lead day to day site execution and coordination across all civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
Develop detailed construction schedules, sequencing plans, micro level planning, and resource allocation for high rise structures.
Ensure timely progress as per approved baseline program and identify delays with recovery plans.
Monitor construction activities for towers, podiums, basements, clubhouses, and external development works.
Verify adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and approved method statements.
Design review for all the MEP services of Mechanical/ Electrical/Fire Fighting & Plumbing.
MEP Bill checking and certification .
Ensure proper execution of high-rise core works like:

Raft, piling, and foundation,

Shear wall construction,

Formwork systems ,

Concrete placement & curing,

Structural and architectural finishing
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and compliance.
Act as the primary PMC representative for coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client teams.
Executing all Electrical/firefighting/plumbing/Fire Alarm/CCTV with testing Commissioning & infra external services with respect to the project masterplan & civil landscape drawing.
Review contractor manpower, resources, productivity, and work methodologies.
Chair coordination meetings for civil, MEP, and finishing teams to resolve site issues and expedite progress.
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, HSE plans, and statutory requirements.
Identifying and resolving project execution issues.
Good knowledge in all types of MEP related drawings, and knowledge about AutoCAD.
Good Knowledge of Landscape MEP services Work & Façade MEP services work.
