We are recruiting, for one of our clients, a Start-Up & Operations Manager - LNG Project (M/F) for a long-term assignment (until February 2029), with Home Office mobilization starting in May 2026 and site mobilization expected from June 2027 in the United Arab Emirates.

"Start-Up & Operation Manager - LNG Project (M/F)" What will your missions and responsibilities be?

Main Duties - Start-Up & Operations (LNG)

• Lead start-up and commissioning activities for the LNG project
• Plan start-up sequences and coordinate site and support teams (engineering, vendors, O&M)
• Oversee performance testing and readiness for operations
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and project procedures
• Identify technical risks and propose corrective actions
• Monitor progress and report on start-up activities
• Consolidate lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
• Act as the main interface with stakeholders to ensure smooth plant start-up

What profile and skills are required for this "Start-up & Operation Manager - LNG Project (M/F)" role?

Profile and Skills

• Experienced Oil & Gas / LNG engineer with 10+ years in start-up, commissioning, and operations
• Strong expertise in LNG processes and EPCC project commissioning phases
• Mandatory field experience on complex industrial projects (ideally LNG trains)
• Solid understanding of start-up planning, performance testing, and operational procedures
• Good knowledge of HSE requirements, SIMOPS constraints, and site environments
