We are seeking an "Team Leader" for the Pesticide Unit at the Intertek Turkey Istanbul Food Laboratory.

• Graduates of Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related programs
• Experienced in pesticide analysis (LC-MS/MS and/or GC-MS/MS is a plus)
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 quality systems
• At least 5 years of experience, including team management experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the daily operations of the pesticide analysis laboratory
• Lead the team of analysts, manage work planning, and monitor performance
• Ensure the control and improvement of LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS analysis processes
• Lead method validation and development efforts
• Ensuring compliance with the ISO 17025 quality management system
• Monitoring turnaround time (TAT), capacity, and quality targets
• Providing technical support for audit processes
• Managing customer technical requests.
