Short Description

We are looking for an experienced Tunnelling (Direct Pipe) Site Representative with proven experience in Direct Pipe projects and subcontractor leadership on complex landfall works, supporting the development of robust tunnelling methodologies, overseeing site activities and and liaising effectively with subcontractors and project stakeholders

Function Description

• Attend client and subcontractor meetings and provide technical support to the project engineering and management teams.
• Review and provide comments on subcontractor's technical proposals and project procedures.
• Monitor quality performance and manage ITP approvals.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with technical specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor tunnelling performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Provide daily updates for site activities and management of subcontractor's daily reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Direct Pipe and micro tunnelling projects.
• Strong knowledge of tunnelling equipment and fluid management is essential.
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience in providing technical solutions for complex ground conditions.
• Ability to effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors.
• Familiarity with tunnelling standards and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
• Good English level
