We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Painting / Insulation Supervisor to join our team in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing painting and insulation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing a team of painters and insulation installers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise painting and insulation projects from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage a team of painters and insulation installers
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and budget

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in painting and insulation
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of painting and insulation techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
