Job Description

Oversee the end-to-end process of designing, procuring, and installing building envelopes-including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing. Proven experience in facade systems, project management, and site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Façade work in Residential/Commercial building projects
• Focuses on project delivery, scheduling, and budget.
• Design & Engineering Coordination: Interpreting architectural designs, creating facade models, and reviewing shop drawings for aluminum, glazing, and cladding systems.
• Project Management & Scheduling: Developing project plans, tracking progress against schedules, and managing onsite installation to ensure timely completion.
• Quality Assurance & Safety: Supervising facade installation, performing site inspections, overseeing mock-up testing, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Contract & Budget Management: Managing subcontracts, preparing Request for Approval (RFA) documentation, and ensuring budget control for materials and labor.
• Interface Management: Coordinating the interaction between facade elements and the primary structural frame.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to address technical challenges and resolve site conflicts.
• Testing and Inspection: Overseeing mock-up testing and site performance tests for watertightness and air permeability.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in Façade work in Residential/Commercial building projects
