Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Develop, Review, and implement Employer requirements, Project Execution Plan, Quality Assurance processes to ensure that all projects meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the construction lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and completion. Implement strategies to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.
• Risk Management: Assess potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with civil engineering projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Monitor project progress and address any project-related issues promptly.
• Compliance Monitoring: Stay abreast of relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing civil engineering projects. Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements to maintain project integrity and safety.
• Performance Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department wise to measure project performance and track progress over time. Analyze data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality management principles, techniques, and tools. Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities, to address project-related concerns and promote transparency and accountability.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project-related activities, including inspections, audits, progress updates and corrective actions. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Overall 20 years experience
Minimum 5 years with Metro / Railway projects in Quality Control
Minimum 5 years overseas experience
