What will you be doing?

Subsea 7 is looking for a motivated Facilitie Trainee to join their facilities team based in Al Khobar office.

Internship Requirements

• Review the building and company's accommodation lease terms and schedule renewal discussions.
• Utility Management by gathering and setting up the needed payments for electrical bills.
• Issue access cards according to visitors' categories.
• Help update seating plans, track occupancy, and support office moves or reconfigurations.
• Review and update journey management plans.
• Support with company vehicle lease management.
• Communicate with external vendors for scheduled services.
• Manage room setups, equipment preparation, and logistics for internal events.

What experience would we like you to have?

Required Qualifications and experience

• Final year University Student studying Bachelor's degree in business or associate's degree in office administration.
• Foundation of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English; good communication and interpersonal skills
