Job Description: Driller Location: Malaysia Start Date: 1 July 2026 We are seeking an experienced Offshore Driller to join our offshore drilling operations in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and supervising drilling activities safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor drilling equipment and systems during offshore drilling operations Supervise drilling crew activities on shift Ensure safe drilling practices and adherence to HSE standards Maintain well control procedures and respond effectively to operational issues Coordinate with Toolpushers, Rig Managers, and other offshore personnel Monitor drilling parameters and optimize operational performance Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on drilling equipment Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate drilling records Participate in safety meetings, drills, and risk assessments Requirements Minimum 5-10 years of offshore drilling experience, including experience as a Driller Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control Certification Experience working on jack-up or semi-submersible rigs Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, and offshore safety standards Ability to lead teams in high-pressure offshore environments Good communication and leadership skills Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage Offshore medical and survival certifications (BOSIET/FOET) preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience in Southeast Asian offshore operations Familiarity with cyber-based drilling systems and automated rig equipment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
