- Review and monitor supplies (stretch wrap, boxes, trays, colorant, pallets, etc.).
- Check all machines for sufficient color and material.
- Inspect the forklift (LPG or Electric) before use, using the forklift checklist. (OPS-FRM-022) or Phone APP
- Remove full pallets and boxes from the machines, stretch wrap and label each pallet.
- Use pallet jack when required.
- In some cases, affix labels to the appropriate cases.
- Maintain and remove all boxes, cardboard, pallets, conveyors, and water tanks as needed.
- Make sure electric forklifts are equalized; use the electric lift equalizing form (OPS-FOR-015)
- Bring all scrap boxes of plastic material to the grinding area.
- Assist in preplanning jobs, perform color changes or material changes as needed.
- Will move all production to hold area or PRSTG area using RF scan gun.
- Maintain full water conveyors.
- Must perform required training of personnel
- Must be able to communicate well and drive to build teams
- Must be computer literate and maintain training records as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
