- Design and implementation of policies, procedures, and administrative and accounting controls of the company.
- Direct, monitor and review the monthly preparation of financial information, according to seals according to the calendar of Emerson, in the Oracle system.
- Prepare and submit the financial information from each of the divisions of the USA into HFM system.
- Supervision of management of the Treasury and accounts payable and payroll
- Meet and prepare the information requested by the external auditors as well as discount and approve audit reclasifications

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Fully Bilingual (Leading International meetings).
- 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Schedule flexibility and traveling availability (USA - Visa).
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Microsoft Office advanced Excel
- Oracle or another similar business system
- Experience working with staff globally
