Onsite Support Intern (Information Technology)

The Onsite IT Support Intern provides desktop support for computer hardware, software and peripherals. They act as the second point of escalation for the resolution of desktop or laptop related incidents, service requests and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities
  • Supports with resolving and closing incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures & allocated timelines.
  • Communicate with customers regarding incident progress.
  • Support with the provision of digital solutions using MS PowerApps, PowerBI, etc.
  • Support with maintaining Global Asset Management database with all the required updates related to the hardware.
  • Assists in infrastructure setup & renovation project at location including the network devices, Lenel PACs, CCTV, Servers, PABX & Lync System
  • Support in coordination of spare asset inventory and maintaining asset management.
  • Complies with QHSE and IT policies.
  • Supports low risks IT projects at location.


Experiences & Exposures
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field of study.
  • A recent graduate not more than 2 years post-graduation.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools.
  • Ability to learn quickly and translate learning into practical solutions.
  • Can communicate in English Language (Speak, Write, Read).
