Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be able to complete the contract renew collection and checking for all modes (electronical and physical stamps) timely and correctly in defined period, make analysis for defined data and presentable. And be able to take extract sales support work relevant for customer master and contract management.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Smart Building/ Smart Power divisions in China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leadership the deployment of a common approach for continuous improvement and strategy deployment.
• Engages with the leadership to help deliver significant improvements in the commercial processes in the marketing and sales organization, meeting customer and internal sales stakeholder commitments.
• Promotes and leads improvement programs and projects within the scope of responsibility, with a hands-on and problem-solving approach.
• Works in cross functional teams to execute the deployment and escalate as necessary to remove roadblocks that slow or prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives, helps facilitating in cases of conflicting priorities.
• Drive and operate the existing solution in data exchange with our customers to make the business easier
• Understands and promote behavioral change to continuously improve performance.
• Assists the organization by providing training and coaching to create Continuous Improvement teams that are sustainably staffed and developed.
• Coaches continuous improvement professionals in their development journey, such as Lean Six Sigma belts or equivalent.
• Provide KPI analysis
• Create Newsletter on time and on quality
• Challenges:

Need to be able to collaborate with cross team functions to complete the tasks as normal Need to face and cooperate with our customers to finish the processes needed for the contract renewal and closure be able to complete the contract collection and checking timely upon huge volume in 2-3 weeks' time

Qualifications for the role

• Proved IT knowledge, ERP/SAP deployment experience, Process change practices.
• Proficient with AI knowhow and be able to leverage the AI agent in automation and efficiency improvement
• MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Primary skill of analysis of data and be able to interpret and present upon the analysis
• Strong communication skills
• Fast learner, be Capable of learning the commercial rules and practices and be able to work independently
• Team spirit, be able to collaborate with cross team functions and our customers
