Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Support updating employee data according to organizational change, employee lifecycle management and documentation;
• Support on internal communication, for example: organize townhall meeting and focus group communication
• Provide administrative support on internal trainings, team events and workshop, etc.
• Timely tasks assigned by HRBP. (Such as information consolidation, HR related record sorting/scanning and so on.)

Qualifications for the role

• University student with major in HR or management related;
• Familiar with office 365;
• Quick learner and active leaning attitude;
• Good teamwork and communication skill;
• Good reading/writing skills in both Chinese and English;
