Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

This role is contributing to the EL smart power in Xiamen China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Assist in issuing tax invoices
• Send electronic invoices to customer
• Maintain proper registration and recording of invoices and accounting entries
• Contract document classification, scanning, organization and archiving
• Support other related departmental tasks

Qualifications for the role

• Full-time undergraduate student currently enrolled with major in Finance , Economics, International trade...etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Familiar with basic financial knowledge
• Meticulous, careful and highly responsible
• Strong learning motivation
• Excellent communication skills
