Your role and responsibilities
Financial Analyst has the responsibility, working closely with finance reporting team to:
Support monthly financial entry & report preparation in closing period.
Optimize existing Controlling & Reporting resources to better serve the business controller.
Independently develop low-code tools to advance the digitalization of financial work.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Business analytical services to the local reporting team. Semiautomated and manual analytical services, and one-off (ad-hoc) analytical output
• Support financial entry & report package preparation in monthly closing period.
• Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and business requirements and maintaining proper audit trail and documentation for future internal & external audits and reviews.
• Support business analyses by profitability analysis by Division/BU/PG and Product line.
• Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.
• Support Cash generation and NWC improvement by good AR, AP, Inventory analysis, cash conversion cycle and NWC reports.
• Provide other management, operation performance KPI and ad-hoc reports and analysis based on business requirements.
• Provide solutions to further optimize and standardize controlling activities.

Qualifications for the role

• 5+ years of experience in similar role, experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
• Experience in SAP and data analytical tools such as VBA, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI preferred.
• Excellent skill on MS Excel, (other MS office tools)
• English proficiency in speaking and written.
• Good communication skills.
