Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Sorting and electronic archiving of historical framework contracts
• Collect and confirm the validity period of special supplier qualification certificates for archiving, such as CCC supplier certificate management.
• Sort out the contracts and electronic archives of indirect materials.
• Report and future data statistics on foreign export suppliers to facilitate coordination of domestic and international procurement volume and production capacity.

Qualifications for the role

• Undergraduate or above students
• Proficient in using office software
• Certain data analysis skills
• Strong communication skills
