The Data Scientist - AI Solutions will focus on developing practical AI-enabled solutions, intelligent workflows, and agent-based applications that accelerate business processes and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop AI-enabled applications, intelligent workflows, and agent-based solutions to improve business efficiency and accelerate decision-making.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, APIs, integrations, and automation workflows across multiple enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Leverage modern AI-assisted development workflows and automation tools to accelerate solution prototyping, code generation, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and implement AI/ML workflows leveraging LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Prototype and deploy practical AI solutions supporting commercial, operational, product management, marketing, and technology organizations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions.
  • Develop analytics-ready datasets and structured data models to support AI applications, automation, and advanced business workflows.
  • Support rapid experimentation, proof-of-concept development, testing, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, digital organizations, and business functions to ensure alignment, adoption, scalability, and long-term sustainability of developed solutions.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or related fields with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience developing AI/ML applications, intelligent automation solutions, or workflow orchestration systems.
  • Strong programming and data engineering skills (Python, SQL, APIs, automation frameworks, data pipelines).
  • Experience working with modern AI technologies including LLMs, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and agent-based frameworks.
  • Experience integrating and standardizing data from multiple enterprise systems and heterogeneous data sources.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders to deliver practical and scalable solutions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing agentic AI applications, copilots, or workflow automation tools.
  • Experience using modern AI-assisted software development and agentic coding tools within rapid prototyping or enterprise solution environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, and AI application deployment.
  • Experience with orchestration frameworks, automation platforms, or API-based architectures.
  • Familiarity with specialty chemicals, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations, or industrial business processes.
  • Experience rapidly prototyping and deploying business-focused AI solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and scalable AI solution design.
