Function Description
As a Contracts & Procurement Lead, you will oversee end-to-end procurement and contracting activities while ensuring commercial compliance, supplier performance, and timely project support.
• Lead procurement planning and tendering activities.
• Coordinate RFQs, bids, technical clarifications, and supplier evaluations.
• Review and negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
• Monitor contract execution and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, and logistics teams.
• Support budget control and procurement forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and standards.
• Maintain supplier records and procurement reports.
• Support vendor qualification and sourcing strategy.
• Identify procurement risks and recommend solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Support cost control and procurement efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 15+ years of procurement and contracting experience.
• Strong experience in industrial or EPC projects.
• Knowledge of supplier management and contract administration.
• Experience with SAP / ERP procurement systems preferred.
• Understanding of commercial and contractual risk.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• MCIPS / CPSM or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
