Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of Large-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, industrial or similar engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in project management and customer service / Direct contact with clients.
• Plus knowledge of PMI/PMBOK concepts.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, Excel and different automation software tools (PowerBi Desirable).
• Customer care, automation, and improvement of current processes and ability to interface and build strong relationships with customers and management.
• Advanced English required for the role.
