BIM Architecture Modeler

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deliver high-quality architectural BIM models in Revit with project specifications and BIM Execution Plans.
• Lead the preparation of architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and presentation views derived from BIM models.
• Coordinate proactively with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Infrastructure teams to ensure accurate model integration and resolution of clashes.
• Support quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and specifications based on architectural BIM outputs.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors Degree from a reputed institute.
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on professional experience in architectural BIM modeling.
• Proven experience working on Buildings, Urban Infrastructure, Master Planning, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows with the ability to manage complex architectural models.
• Experience handling mid- to large-scale projects independently from modeling through documentation.
• Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and commitment to timely, high-quality delivery.
